Single Track Mountain Bike Trail This moderate to difficult<*dv_0*> trail is built and maintained by Wisconsin Off Road Biking Assoc. (WORBA). About 7 miles are complete now, and more is still being constructed. This trail offers a unique mountain bike experience for enthusiasts willing to take on the challenge. Get a printable pdf version of the park map at the DNR site. <*dv_2*>*The WORBA map will have a more up-to-date version of the single track trail, while the DNR map will be a more complete map for the park.
An easy<*dv_1*> trail that takes the rider through a restored prairie. Start at the pool parking lot and follow the single track to Mounds Rd. This trail is also used for cross-country skiing in the winter.
A 40 mile trail that travels from Madison to Dodgeville along an abandoned railroad bed. This trail is relatively flat and paved with limestone screening. Perfect for an easy ride with a mountain bike or a cruising bike. The trail creates part of the southern border of Blue Mound State Park with an access trail from the campground. <*dv_6*>Come on out for a great day in a great park and help support the Capitol Offroad Pathfinders, The Dane County Chapter of the Wisconsin Offroad Bicycle Association (WORBA). All proceeds from this race will be used to further the trails and mountain biking advocacy in Dane County Wisconsin. A portion of the proceeds will also be donated to the Friends of Blue Mound State Park.
