| Candle Light Ski Trails are provided for either hiking or skiing. In the event of no snow the show still goes on with candle light hiking! About 2 miles of skiing and 1 mile of hiking is the usual plan. In 2006, the Friends provided hot cocoa, hot cider, a warm toasty campfire and marshmallows of course. The only cost for the event is a daily or annual park sticker which could be purchased upon arrival at the park. Trail passes are waived the night of the event. | The Friends were proud to once again provide a candle light ski and hike on Blue Mound. Below photo by Mark Estervig |
